**2. Purposes for Processing Your Personal Data**
At HAMPA STUDIO SL, we process the personal data necessary to manage and optimize our services and business relationships for our users and candidates. Personal data is collected and processed for the following purposes:
a) Managing accounts of registered users on the HAMPA STUDIO SL employment platform, allowing identification and access to the services and functionalities we offer to registered users.
b) Development and maintenance of a resume database (Connect): We implement a system to collect and store curriculum information provided by applicants through our employment platform. This system connects candidate preferences or areas of interest with relevant employment opportunities. The information is integrated into the CV database or "candidate reserve" database of HAMPA STUDIO SL. This reserve serves as a repository where details of candidate applications, including resumes and cover letters, are kept for contacting them about future vacancies that align with their selected employment preferences under the 'Connect' mode.
c) Collecting professional profiles from various sources or third-party online platforms (Facebook or LinkedIn) to incorporate them into the 'candidate reserve' database of HAMPA STUDIO SL. This procedure allows us to communicate with suitable candidates for future job vacancies.
d) Managing, analyzing, and evaluating applications or candidacies for candidates applying to formal and detailed selection processes (job offers) organized by HAMPA STUDIO SL.
e) Managing the pre-selection and selection procedure for applicants to fill vacant positions: We handle and assess candidates' applications for job offers issued by HAMPA STUDIO SL, either through direct application to specific jobs or through the 'Connect' option. During the pre-selection stage, we use the candidate's personal data, aligned with their areas of interest and existing vacancies, to record and organize their resume information. This is done to compare it with the requirements of job offers (such as experience, education, and skills) to preliminarily determine the candidate's suitability for the position. In the selection stage, after passing the pre-selection, the candidate's information is used to manage and evaluate their suitability for the position. This includes taking all necessary actions for selection and hiring, such as interviews and psychological assessment tests, to ensure that the candidate's experience, education, and skills match the job's needs.
f) HAMPA STUDIO SL will analyze the candidate's professional profile based on the information contained in their CV, as well as the information provided during the selection process through interviews and other tests. This analysis aims to tailor the professional profile to the selection process.
g) Analysis of curriculum information using "CV-Parsing" technology: This technology allows extracting data from an unstructured CV (usually in electronic document format, such as a PDF) using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology and converting it into structured information.
**3. Legal Basis for Processing and Mandatory or Optional Nature of Processing**
The legal bases are linked to the purposes in the previous section according to the letters assigned in the table:
a) Execution of a contract under the platform's terms of use. Failure to provide necessary data will make it impossible to process user registration.
b) Unambiguous consent of the candidate when completing their curriculum data through the employment platform's designated forms. The candidate can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the provision of other services.
c) Unambiguous consent of the candidate, which can be requested through the same third-party online platform (Facebook or LinkedIn) where curriculum data is collected or through a subsequent email message. The candidate is free to revoke their consent at any time. It is important to note that revoking consent will not affect the candidate's access to other services offered.
d) When the candidate submits their CV to participate in one or more specific and formal selection processes (job offers) convened and/or published by HAMPA STUDIO SL, the legal basis for processing is the application of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject based on the mutual interest of both parties in determining a labor contract.
e) In the pre-selection and selection processes of applicants for vacant positions, the legal basis for processing is the application of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject with HAMPA STUDIO SL based on the mutual interest of both parties in determining a labor contract.
f) The legitimate interest of HAMPA STUDIO SL in improving the candidate selection process. It is believed that the type of simple or basic profiling performed is not invasive to the candidate's privacy and respects their rights or interests.
g) The legitimate interest of HAMPA STUDIO SL in making the curriculum application and management process as efficient as possible and facilitating the candidate's contribution to their curriculum information. The "CV-Parsing" treatment does not perform profiling or make automated decisions that produce legal effects or significantly affect the candidate. It is a treatment that is not invasive to the candidate's privacy and respects their rights or interests.
