💼 JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated, skilled and imaginative Ink & Paint Artist to work on our upcoming animated feature film. 

The chosen artists will be instrumental in refining the final look of the animation, ensuring that the colours, shades, and lines are perfectly in sync with the film's artistic vision. 

Starting date in September  2025. 💼

✍️ RESPONSABILITIES

• Apply intricate colouring and shading to 2D animations using Toon Boom Harmony.
• Ensure consistency of colours and line quality across the animation sequences.
• Collaborate closely with the animation and direction teams to maintain visual coherence.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
• Embrace and apply feedback from team members and directors.

📋 REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in Toon Boom Harmony  or similar animation software.
• Strong understanding of colour theory, shading techniques, and line work.
• Ideally 1 year of experiences in Ink&Paint department for 2d animation projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to handle feedback professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning animations.
• Important: This opportunity is only open to artists residing in Spain due to the requirements of the contract.

💡 NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Shotgrid.
• An eye for spotting inconsistencies in colours and lines and a methodical approach to fixing them.
